The mark constitutes trade dress and is a configuration consisting of the following elements: a U-shaped wall unit system constructed of wood, glass and stainless steel, and consisting of a counter, drawers and a display shelf. The front of the counters is yellow in color with silver metallic counter surfaces and door pulls. The wall unit is a U shape which lays sideways so that it is open on the left side and the right side consists of an elongated vertical cabinet. The lowest horizontal surface of the U consists of drawers with pulls and a long counter space. To the left of the counter space are three wells where disposable pipettes used to blend the cosmetics, are stored . Directly above the metallic counter, rising vertically towards the opposite side of the U are large, long glass tubes, set back against the wall so that they are framed by the wall unit. These tubes contain various liquid infusions, which range in color from clear and transparent, to light yellow, dark yellow and amber. These tubes are several feet in length. Directly in front of the long glass tubes are much smaller, hand-blown glass tubes, also containing liquid infusions. (It is from these smaller tubes that various infusions are taken to be blended with the cosmetic bases.) The larger tubes are used as reservoirs to maintain an adequate supply of product in the smaller tubes; each set of long tube and short tube is connected by means of plastic tubing, of medical quality. When the cabinet doors to the wall unit are opened, these intravenous lines are visible. Each line of plastic tubing has a visible clamp which allows the smaller glass tube reservoir to be refilled by releasing the clamp for a few seconds.
