"Master and Design" mark contains an emblem with three points on the top, one on each sides and on in the middle. The bottom end of the emblem is round shaped. In the lower half of the emblem there is a ribbon- like board strip wrapped around the emblem from the front to the back of the emblem. The ribbon has two- split ends, one appears from the back of the left side of the emblem. The other appears from the right side of the back of the emblem, just underneath the front of the ribbon going into the back of the emblem. The ribbon- like board strip is in navy blue color, with the word "Master" typeset in the front of the emblem with all uppercase letters.
The emblem has three colored boundaries. The outer boundary is a thin line of black color. The second layer is a board shape of red color, while the third layer is all black except the artistic design in the middle of the emblem. Applicant does not claim exclusive right over the word "Master" when used independently. In the middle of the emblem, there is a globe shaped with grid lines spreading from the center circle positioned on the top of the globe. The globe is white while the spreading grid lines are black. In front of the globe there is a figure in all red color, performing a martial art high side kick, with the figure's facing front with right leg stationed to the ground and the left leg kicking high.
