5 This design mark is used on all HerbsBest Corporation products, brochures, invoices, labels, websites, webpages, and in any and all other media including but not limited to print advertising and TV advertising The design is an oblate spheroid, with a height/width ratio of approximately 1 to 35 The area enclosed by the oval is divided into two sections The first section is a second oval that takes up approximately 1/3 of the area, and contains the words "HerbsBest" in a stylized Chinese calligraphy In the center of the entire logo, the letters "HB" are shown, in the same stylized Chinese calligraphy No claim for colors is made
