The certification mark, as intended to be used by authorized persons, is intended to certify that various features and characteristics of a video/audio system meet picture and audio quality standards, more specifically, as to the picture, the characteristics being certified include the color, (i.e. primary and grey scale), the contrast, the clarity, band width, frequency responses and signal stability, and as to the audio characteristics, the features being certified include the acoustic performance, the pitch and tambour, the characteristics of sound from channel to channel or speaker to speaker and channel interaction with the physical characteristics of the environment.
