The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a glass bottle container in the shape of a fish with scales, together with neck and body labels affixed to the container. The tail of the fish container configuration is the bottom of the bottle. The bottle curves inward from the bottom/tail, widens from the tail to show the body of the fish in the middle portion of the bottle, and narrows again towards the fish's head. The top of the bottle emerges from the open mouth of the fish. The dotted or broken lines in the depiction of the bottle container are intended to show the position of the claimed distinctive elements of the mark and are not, in themselves, features of the mark. The lining shown in the body of the fish configuration is a figure of the mark. The stippling shown in the body of the fish configuration is for shading purposes only. The neck label is applied to the bottle and the fish scales on the bottle can be seen through the clear portions of the crescent. The body label containers a depiction of fish scales, the word WEDKARSKA, and a design of a fish.
