The mark consists of a visual movement which begins as a black and white static or "snow" as seen on a television set tuned to a non-operational channel. The snow initially fills the entire viewing screen of the viewers television. It then condenses into the screen of a stylized television set as shown on the attached drawing page. The snow on the stylized television clarifies and forms a large letter "G" on the screen of the stylized television set. The wording GAITHER TELEVISION PRODUCTIONS appears directly beneath the stylized television set with the stylized letter "G". The entire set then explodes into a bright flash of light which then collapses into a small point of light on a black background reminiscent of the "dot" seen on old style black and white television picture tubes when the set was turned off. The point of light then disappears into blackness. The entire sequence of the motion from start to finish is approximately four seconds.
