The certification mark, as intended to be used by authorized persons, is intended to certify that representative samples of the goods have met established industry and/or government standards for electromagnetic compatibility, network terminal equipment testing, and/or safety testing. Pursuant to TMEP 1306.06(g)(ii), the standards used to determine whether others may use the certification mark on their goods will be submitted with an Amendment to Allege Use or Statement of Use.
