The certification mark, as intended to be used by authorized persons, is intended to certify that meats and processed foods, staple foods, agricultural food products, beverages, wine and spirits that are advertised in conjunction with the certification mark or meats and processed foods, staple foods, agricultural food products, beverages, wine and spirits that used the certification mark in any way are properly using the applicant's quick freezing method and meet the applicant's specified quality standards.
