The mark consists of a specific combination of colors to be used on a basketball, with the outline of the basketball and lines around the colored portions shown in broken lines. The matter shown by broken lines is not a part of the mark, and serves only to show the position of the mark. The mark is lined for the colors blue, silver and red, and color is claimed as a feature of the mark. The color silver makes up four panels of the basketball and the colors blue and red each make up two panels respectively. The silver panels are positioned in every other panel and the red and blue panels are each positioned in every fourth panel, whereby each red or blue panel is positioned diametrically opposed to the other respective red or blue panel.
