"DEGTINE" and the representation of the shape of the bottle
The mark consists of a bottle, which is the container for the goods, comprising, on its front face, a transparent window, showing a crenelated turret, which produces a magnifying glass effect whereby it enables, at the front of the bottle, the appearance by transparency of the liquid and of the packaging, of the representation situated at the back of said bottle of a dungeon provided with ramparts and surmounted by a standard, the remainder of the wall of the bottle being frosted and comprising various decorative elements such as a medallion containing the portrait of a character above a standard that has been rolled out and whose end is wound about a lance along the window, the letters, "GEDIMINAS" being written in a horizontal cartridge defining the bottom of said window.
The stippling in the drawing is for shading purposes only and is not a feature of the mark.
The English translation of "DEGTINE" is "vodka". "GEDIMINAS" refers to the Grand Duke of Lithuania, founder of Vilnius City, the capital of Lithuania.
