The mark consists of the overall, three-dimensional configuration and visual impression made by the hose nozzle's valve-body that has a main body portion joined with an elongate, upstanding stem with a discharge conduit. The valve-body has the following visual highlights (as illustrated in solid lines and numbered in the drawing, which also includes the rest of the nozzle in dotted lines for locational purposes only) - (1) an elongate, upstanding stem of substantially uniform diameter; (2) a main body portion that extends transversely relative to the length of the stem, which mates with the upper-end region of the stem, and which is divided into left and right sections; (3) an arch formed on the lower right section of the main body portion where the stem joins therewith; (4) a smoothly rounded curve formed on the lower left section of the main body portion; (5) a discharge conduit which smoothly curves down to mate with the upper left section of the main body portion; (6) a rib-like projection which extends along a portion of the discharge conduit, and which is visually balanced by- (7) another rib-like projection which extends along a portion of the stem and then arches to extend along the main body portion. The goods are configured to have the visual appearance of the mark.
