The mark is the apperance of the configuration of the product and packaging elements of the Applicant's cocktail or cherry tomatoes in their totality. The packaging elements consists of a non-rigid plastic mesh bag approximately 12" X 5" having one end closed by a semi-rigid 2" X 6" placard with the opposite end being resealable with a semi-rigid plastic clip. The product element contained withing the packaging consists of cocktail or cherry tomatoes still on the vine.
The lining and stippling appearing on the drawing are features of the mark and are not intended to indicate color.
