The mark consists of the words "SZELVENYES RULETT" in a semi-circle above a black and white representation of a roulette wheel. Below the roulette wheel is a grid divided into six rectangular boxes on the left side and three square boxes on the right side. In the top portion of the first three of the six rectangular boxes on the left side of the grid are two rows of ten small square boxes. The lower portion of each of the top three rectangular boxes on the left contain a word or a word with a symbol or numbers. In order from top to bottom the boxes contain the words "Alacsony 1-18", "Paros" and "Piros" (with diamond symbol). In the top portion of the bottom three of the six rectangular boxes on the left side of the grid are a word or word with a symbol or numbers. In order from top to bottom the bottom three boxes contain the words "Fekete" (with diamond symbol), "Paratlan" and "Magas 19-36". The lower portion of each of the bottom three boxes on the left contain two rows of ten small square boxes. On the right side of the grid each of the three square boxes contain eight rows of small square boxes, the first row containing six small square boxes is bisected by the top line of the grid. The five rows beneath such first row contain eight boxes and the bottom two rows contain six boxes with a set of numbers immediately to the right of the bottom two rows. These sets of numbers in each square box on the right side of the grid, from top to bottom are "1-12", "13-24" and "25-36". Slightly offset to the right and superimposed over the square boxes on the right side of the grid is another rectangular grid consisting of forty sections. The top section is a rectangle with the number 1 inside a small box in the center of the rectangle. The sections immediately beneath the top section consist of thirty-five small square boxes in rows of three across the grid, each with a single number 2 through 36 in the center inside one of the small square boxes inside the square sections on the right side of the grid. The bottom three sections are below the grid and consist of three rectangles across the bottom of the grid, each with "2-1" at the top and five rows of two small square boxes each beneath. On the bottom left side beneath the grid is a rectangular box with the heading "Tet (Ft)" above a row of five small boxes with 100, 200, 500, 1000 and 2000 above the individual boxes. The bottom section of the rectangular box carries the heading "Sorsolasok szama:" above a row of ten small square boxes each with the number 1 through 10 above it. On the far-left side in the middle is a number, which is not part of the mark. Along the far right side beneath the word "RULETT" are short "harsh marks" which are not part of the mark. On the right side toward the bottom aligned vertically is "RULETT 36+0".
