The certification mark, as intended to be used by authorized persons, is intended to certify the nature and quality of the goods, such as color fastness, shrinkage or other damage to wool fibers, ph levels, and other characteristics to ensure the goods have the necessary properties to wash and dry wool and wool blend products safely without damage in the nature of color change, shrinkage and/or felting, and that persons authorized by applicant will manufacture the goods in accordance with processes developed by applicant.
