The mark consists of a design being a rectangle comprised of a total of fourteen squares in two rows, with seven of those squares being in the upper row immediately above the remaining seven squares which are in the lower row, and with the lower right-hand corner of each of the fourteen squares being shaded, and with a line (of varying widths) having the appearance of the profile of an ocean wave running from the lower left-hand corner of the lower left-hand square to the upper center of the square in the middle of the upper row of squares, and from there to the lower center of the square in the middle of the lower row of squares, and from there to the upper right-hand corner of the upper right-hand square.
The stippling shown in the drawing is a feature of the mark and is for shading purposes only; the stippling is not intended to indicate color.
