The mark consists of a red triangle with a blue, curvy, stylized tire tread running from the bottom of the triangle to past the tip. The word "TREADCO" runs along the bottom of the triangle in white. There is a straight blue band that runs beneath the triangle and underneath this straight band, on the right hand side, just past the tire tread is the word "INC." in red.
The vertical lines indicate a shading of red while the horizontal lines indicate a shading of blue.
