The mark consists of the two-dimensional configuration of part of the applicant's bottle goods. The configuration contains a series of four grooves on the surface of the goods whose depths decrease in a downward fashion. The configuration comprises an annular neck defined by an annular groove circumscribing the top of the bottle, a first linear groove beneath the neck and parallel to a tangent of the neck and having a depth less than that of the annular groove, a second linear groove parallel to and below the first groove and having a depth less than that of the first groove, a third groove perpendicular to the neck extending downwardly therefrom on the opposite side from the first and second grooves and having a depth less than that of the annular groove. The mark also consists of a configuration of the shape of a the bottle's cap. The cap configuration comprises a top surface having a top surface, a semi-annular groove in the top portion parallel to a tangent of the neck and below the top surface, a ramped surface on the opposite side from the semi-annular groove, and a loop extending from the ramped surface to a side of the cap. The dotted lines shown in the drawing indicate matter that is not part of the mark and serve only to indicate the relative position of the mark. The lining shown in the drawing is for shading purposes only and does not indicate color.
