The mark consists of a pair of two parallel bands of metal, one-half inch in width each, the single bands approximately two inches apart from one another, which pair of bands is applied directly to the goods, so as to extend transversely around the same at any desired point intermediate the ends thereof. Each pair of bands is placed approximately three to four feet apart from one another.
The representation of the goods in dotted lines in the drawing is not a part of the mark and serves only to show the position of the mark.
