42 present invention provides a device and a method for anatomically aligning a sketel fracture located in a major limb; the device of the present invention includes a flexible wrap designed to be applied around a patient's limb over a fracture site; the wrap is subdivided into a plurality of individually inflatable oblong chambers and includes a connector which maintains the position of the wrap over the fracture site; when applied, the oblong chambers are radially distributed around the fracture site and substantially parallel the skeletal fracture; after the wrap is positioned over the fracture site and the connector is engaged to hold the wrap in place, the panels are selectively inflated to create a plurality of forces which act in concert to anatomically reorient the fractured bone; once the bone is anatomically aligned, an intramedullary nail may be inserted to repair the fracture site
