The mark consists of a solid black line extending longitudinally across a rectangular tag or label, at or proximate the upper, longer edge of the rectangle, above a representation of wording, claimed as part of the mark.
The dashed lines are not part of the mark, but are merely used to show the placement of the horizontally extending line mark and to show placement of the wording.
