The certification mark, as used by persons authorized by applicant/certifier, will certify that the goods tested are found to be in compliance with the UL 1950 product safety standards (Underwriters Laboratories), which have been recognized by OSHA as standards which meet the requirements for a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL), as set forth in 29 C.F.R. 1910.7. A copy of the UL 1950 Product Safety Standard is included herewith as Exhibit A.
