The mark consists of a configuration of a glass jar for containing jams and jellies, namely, that part of the jar located between a threaded top portion and a relatively flat mounting base, consisting of two identical portions integrally related forming a continuous peripheral surface, each said portion when viewed directly having first and second side portions laterally convexly curved away from each other and extending from the threaded top portion to the mounting base, and a centrally located surface between the side portions which is convexly curved toward the viewer and inset with respect to the lateral sides so as to form a generally circular corner-edge line of demarcation, the entire outer surface of said portions being smooth and glossy.
The lining is a feature of the mark and does not indicate color; the broken lines in the mark show the position of the mark.
