The mark constitutes the configuration of the upper portion of the pole and basket structure, the upper portion of the structure comprises a uniquely configured parabolic set of hanging chains with a set of vertical chains hanging within the envelope encompassed by the parabolic chains as shown in the drawing. The parabolic chains extend from horizontal supports located near the top of the pole and descend to a point adjacent the central pole where the basket is mounted.
