The mark consists of a tab, which is generally rectangular, thin shape defining a pair of opposite ends which are fastened at the topmost heel portion of a footwear article to thereby form a generally oval loop having a pair of arcuate sides which are bowed away from each other and of equal length. The phantom lining is not a part of the mark, but merely indicates the position of the mark.
The stippling on the mark indicates the color black and is claimed as a feature of the mark.
