The trademark consists of the fanciful and arbitrary configuration for a series of wrist watches, including the following elements: (a) a chrome circle surrounding the case of the watch with the words "BOY LONDON" stamped in raised chrome capital letters, on a black background, in the lower right hand quadrant of the chrome circle; (b) a brightly colored leather wrist band with like-colored stitching, with leather strips of a contrasting color stitched with the same alternating color on to both ends of the wrist band closest to the case of the watch; (c) non-functional round metal snaps which are affixed to each of the leather strips on the wrist band, with the words "BOY LONDON" in capital letters printed on each of the metal snaps; (d) the words "FUN OF WEARING" in capital letters stamped on one of the contrasting leather strips; (e) the words "BOY" in capital letters stamped on the other contrasting leather strip; and (f) a chrome buckle, which attached to the end of the wrist band with the word "BOY" in raised, capital letters affixed to the end of the chrome buckle.
