The mark is embodied in a fitted sports cap of the type having a domed crown of fabric with a relatively rigid bill extending from the front thereof. The mark consists of the combination on the cap of the school or team letter(s) in logo style embroidered on the front of the crwon, the school or team mascot embroidered on the right side of the crown, and the school or team name on the back of the crown. The position of these elements is indicated in broken lines on the drawing. The crown is black and the embroidered element are in the school or team colors, as are the bill, button and eyelets. In the example shown in the drawing, the bill, button, eyelets (nont shown) are lined for yellow; hovever, no particular color is claimed as a feature of the mark. In the drawing, the cap is shown partially cut apart on the left side to show all features of the mark in a single perspective view. The outline of the sports cap is shown in broken lines to show the position of the elements of the mark as they appear on the cap.
