The mark consist of the combination of three colors on the cap, including white and the two team of school colors. The school or team mascot is embroidered on the front of the crown, applicant's logo is embroidered on the right side of the crown, and the school or team name is embroidered on the left side of the crown in a distinctive "wave" style which extends to the back of the crown. Most of the front and most of the right side of the crown, as well as a small portion of the right side of the bill, are in a first color; a small portion of the front and the left side and most of the back of the crown are in a second color; the remaining portion of the bill and the button are in a third color. The mascot and team or school name are embroidered in predominantly school or team colors, and the "TOW" logo is embroidered in coordinating colors.
