The certification mark, as used by persons authorized by certifier, certifies that processed foods, meats, staple foods and light beverages, and foods prepared in restaurants meet one or more of the following criteria - reduced in or free of fat, cholesterol, sodium, sugar or other sweeteners, are high in dietary fiber, and are free of unnecessary or potentially harmful additives.
