The mark shown in the accompanying drawing represents two faces of the applicant's package design for biscuit products. The repeated "X"'s, "I"'s and "O"'s are not actual text which is part of the mark, but are a feature of the mark in that they represent the placement of wording which will appear on the package design, and are not included in the drawing to conform to the mark to the application as filed in France. The mark consists of a dominant, angled rectangle on the top of the package containing one of applicant's logos and one of applicant's trademarks. The dominant rectangle is connected by a colored ribbon to smaller, angled rectangles on the front and back of the package, each of which contains one of the applicant's trademarks. A pictorial representation of the product is placed at an angle and partially obscuring the angled rectangles. The rear face of the package (not visible in the revised, three-dimensional drawing submitted herewith) is substantially the same as the front face.
