"NOUVELLE FRANCE"
The drawing is lined for the colors brown and gold, and such colors are claimed as features of the subject mark. Applicant also claims the color gold as a feature of the subject mark for the following elements as shown in the drawing: all of the elements in the center of the drawing, specifically, the representation of a man, a horse pulling a barrel on a sled, a road lined with trees having buckets attached to them, a house, and the outline of the hillside in the background. Applicant further claims the color gold as a feature of the mark for the inner and outer border lines surrounding the words "NOUVELLE FRANCE", as well as the inner line within the lined outside border of the overall mark.
The mark, applicant states for the record that "NOUVELLE FRANCE" was the name first given to what is now Canada and may be literally translated into English as "New France".
