"IMPORTED SILVER" and "TEQUILA"
The mark consists of the configuration of the bottle for the goods, the transparent labels affixed to the bottle, the ribbon attached to the bottle and the tape holding the stopper onto the bottle, together with the wording on the labels, "IMPORTED SILVER TEQUILA PATRON", and a design of a horse.
The stippling shown on the stopper in the drawing is a feature of the mark and is not color lining. The semi-circle at the bottom of the drawing represents a dome-shaped indentation in the bottom of the bottle. The drawing is lined for the colors green and silver and color is claimed as a feature of the mark. The outline of the two rectangular boxes on the front of the bottle in the drawing, and all the wording and design matter within the boxes, are silver.
The English translation of the Spanish word "PATRON" is "protector, host, landlord, employer, maintainer, guardian saint of a country, town, etc., lord, master, pattern, sample" among other meanings.
