"YOGURT CAFE"
The mark consists of the fanciful word "*MERICA'S" appearing in a special typeface, in which the representation of a five-pointed star, tilted at the same angle to the right as the letters "MERICA'S", replaces the letter "A" as the first letter of said word, and in which the words "YOGURT" and "CAFE", each appearing in a special typeface that is separate and distinct from the other, and from the special typeface of the word "*MERICA'S", are situated in horizontal line below the word "*MERICA'S", with a representation of another five-pointed star, angled identically to but smaller in size than the star in the word "*MERICA'S", replacing the French accent ague symbol over the letter "E" in the word "CAFE".
The drawing is lined for the colors red and blue.
