The "CLEAN BUILDERS" and design certification mark, as will be used by persons to be authorized by applicant, will certify that the users' construction practices are conducted in an environmentally sensitive manner. Persons may be certified to use the mark if, when engaged in the construction services, they agree to conserve natural resources; reduce, reuse or recycle construction debris; keep the construction site clean including, but not limited to, not dumping toxics or other materials down storm drains; reducing soil erosion in the vicinity of the construction site; using, wherever possible, non-toxic building materials and recycling toxic materials; and/or undertake other environmentally-sensitive practices as prescribed by the applicant.
