Whereas it has been determined that registrant's rights in the mark shown in said registration for the goods specified therein are superior only in that area of the United States excluding Long Beach Island, New Jersey and an area within a fifteen (15) mile radius of the geographic center of Flemington, New Jersey; Now, therefore, it is ordered that said registration be, and the same hereby is, restricted by excluding therefrom Long Beach Island, New Jersey and an area within a fifteen (15) mile radius of the geographic center of Flemington, New Jersey in accordance with the provisions of Section 18 of the Trademark Act of 1946.
