The mark consists of The number 4, with a single or multiple line(s) located parallel to the angled or sloped line portion of the number 4. The former described line(s) located parallel to the angled or sloped line portion of the number 4, will extend to, but not exceed past, the top of the vertical line and angled or sloped line intersection, and, the bottom of the horizontal line and angled or sloped line intersection. The former attribute will be in combination with, a separated, defined, and/or outlined "Plus". The "Plus" would be considered where the horizontal and vertical intersection of the 4 intersects together at the vertical and horizontal intersection, and has defined breaks in the continuity of the horizontal and vertical lines of the Four (4) to create the definition of the "Plus." The "outline" of the "Plus" would be considered when the "Plus" itself is boxed, mimicked or copied with "L" shapes, or any singular parallel lines, in any combination, to the segregated "Plus" of the 4.
Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
