The mark consists of Two gold tigers with white wings on back of shoulders. With brown stripes white eyes white claws and white teeth standing on their hind legs on a green grass platform wrapped with a white banner that reads in black letters "Omnia Bona désupér". The tigers are holding between them a gold shield that has blue and black colors in an image that looks like waves in a ocean. This ocean like image starts from the middle of the shield and covers all the way to the bottom tip of the shield. In the middle of the shield right above the ocean wave image is black letters "gL" connected in a way that looks like one letter. On the outside of shield are burgundy sugar cane vines, one burgundy vine placed on each side of shield hug along side shield going upwards ending with 4 green leaves (base of leaves are yellow) on each sugar cane meeting in the center about 2 inches above the shield. The grean leaves has on each vines 2 separate black smaller leaves each shape like corn husk. In-between the leaves and the top of shield the name "Goodluck" in white. On the left tiger lower Abdome close to the tail and right leg in small writing is the number 28 same color brown as the stripes on the tiger. Shield also has about 6 green leave like stems kind of wrapped on left right bottom sides of shield.
