The mark consists of an image of a ship's wheel with the letters P and W appearing to cut off the right third of the wheel. Negative space surrounds the "P" between the wheel and the letter "W" so that the P appears to be in the front. Directly to the right of the W, the words "PEOPLE" and "WORKS" appear in a smaller font. The word "PEOPLE" is placed over the word "WORKS" with a black horizontal line inbetween; the height of the combined "people/works" text equals the height of the PW to the left.
Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
