The mark consists of a three dimensional design comprising the distinctive trade dress for electronic devices and cases. The design consists of a series of increasingly larger oval shapes emanating from a central oval-shape wherein the oval shapes increase in size such that they eventually extend past the boundaries of the goods and become arcs.
