The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a charging dock for wireless ear bud style ear pieces. The drawings illustrate a rounded top surface of the charging dock to receive the bottom part of a wireless ear bud case. The vertical receiver is attached to a horizontal wedge-shaped base. The dotted lines are used to show elements of the design that are not claimed features of the mark, particularly, the contour lines shown extending from the vertical receiver through the horizontal base, a hole for a charging cable on the bottom of the horizontal base, the squared off wave line on the bottom portion of the stand, the lower portion of the rectangular base that makes contact with the surface on which the stand sits, the curved area on the top of the stand to receive the earbud charging case and the hole for a charging cable on the top portion of the stand.
