The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a two-piece smart phone case comprised of a soft cover and a hard frame that fit together over a smart phone. The soft cover is fitted to the size of the phone and has recessed areas at the sides and back to accommodate the hard frame. The hard frame has a cutout in the shape of an elongated oval which reveals the cutout for the phone's camera in the soft cover and a pattern of crisscrossing diagonal lines, to imitate carbon fiber, on the soft cover filling the remainder of the space. The edges of the soft cover and hard frame are of different tones, so that when the cover and frame are fit together they form a two-toned band around the front edges of the phone.
